삭제 요청하기
CAVE STUDIO 고객지원에서 Fouring Block의 계정 연결·구매 확인 기록 및 문의 자료에 관한 삭제 요청을 접수합니다. 대표자가 요청 범위와 본인 여부를 확인한 뒤 처리 결과를 안내합니다.
메일 앱이 열리지 않으면 cavegames4592@gmail.com으로 직접 보내 주세요.
- 제목에 Fouring Block 계정·데이터 삭제 요청을 적어 주세요.
- 원하는 범위를 적어 주세요: 전체 게임 관련 자료, 구매 확인 기록, 문의 자료 등. 문의 자료라면 이전 문의의 대략적인 날짜나 제목을 알려 주세요.
- 추가 확인이 필요하면 지원팀이 필요한 최소한의 정보를 안내합니다. 앱 접근이 가능하면 설정 → 개인정보·데이터 삭제 → 구매 지원 코드 복사를 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱 설치나 코드 제공은 요청 접수의 필수 조건이 아닙니다.
비밀번호·인증번호·신분증·카드번호·구매 토큰은 보내지 마세요. 구매 지원 코드는 공개 게시판에 올리지 마세요. 이메일 주소·닉네임·코드만으로 다른 사람의 자료를 삭제하지 않습니다.
요청 메일을 보내는 즉시 자료가 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다. 확인 후 처리하며, 완료 범위나 추가 조치·보관 사유가 있으면 회신합니다.
어떤 자료가 삭제되나요?
- 구매 확인 기록: 소유 확인 후 RevenueCat의 해당 고객 식별값·연결 구매 기록에 대한 삭제를 처리합니다. Google 게임 저장과 별개입니다. 나중에 다시 연결하거나 구매를 복원하면 Google Play 구매 이력에서 자료가 다시 생성될 수 있습니다.
- 문의 자료: 요청 범위에 해당하는 문의·첨부파일·담당자 사본 중 보관 사유가 없는 자료를 삭제합니다. 일반 문의의 보관 기준은 처리 완료 후 1년이며, 별도 삭제 요청은 그 이전에도 접수할 수 있습니다.
- Google 게임 기록: Google에 저장된 Fouring Block 진행·게임 프로필 관련 자료는 아래 Google 절차에서 해당 게임을 선택해 삭제할 수 있습니다. 어려움이 있으면 지원팀에 도움을 요청하세요.
- 기기 기록: 진행·코인·아이템·광고 보상 횟수·꾸미기·설정·계정별 사본은 각 기기의 앱 데이터 삭제로 지웁니다. 원격 사본은 별도로 처리해야 합니다.
남을 수 있는 자료: Google Play가 보관하는 결제·거래 기록은 게임 기록 삭제나 RevenueCat 고객 삭제와 별개입니다. Google 등 제공자의 보안·백업·법적 보관 자료에는 해당 제공자의 보관·삭제 절차가 적용됩니다. CAVE STUDIO가 별도 보관해야 하는 자료가 있으면 항목·사유·기간을 구분하여 안내합니다.
데이터 삭제는 구매 취소·환불이 아닙니다. 이 안내는 Google 계정 전체나 다른 게임의 계정을 삭제하라는 뜻이 아닙니다.
Google 저장·기기 기록 지우기
- 사용 중인 모든 기기에서 동기화를 중단하세요. Fouring Block 설정 → 개인정보·데이터 삭제 → 이 기기 동기화 중단. 다른 기기의 동기화나 이미 전송한 작업까지 원격 취소하지는 않습니다.
- Google Play Games 프로필 → 내 데이터 → Play 게임즈 계정 및 데이터 삭제 → 개별 게임 데이터 삭제에서 Fouring Block만 선택하세요. Google 공식 안내
- 각 기기의 Android 설정 → 앱 → Fouring Block → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제(또는 저장공간 비우기)를 이용하세요. 캐시 삭제만으로는 진행 기록이 지워지지 않습니다. 해당 앱에 저장된 다른 게임 계정의 사본도 함께 지워질 수 있으므로 먼저 확인하세요.
이전 기기의 기록을 다시 동기화하면 업로드되거나, 남아 있는 Google 사본이 기기로 복원될 수 있습니다. 동기화 중단·원격 기록 삭제·기기 기록 삭제를 각각 확인하세요. 앱에 접근할 수 없으면 먼저 지원 이메일로 요청하세요.
Request deletion
CAVE STUDIO Support accepts requests to delete Fouring Block account-related records, purchase-verification records and support correspondence. The representative verifies the request and reports its outcome.
If no mail app opens, email cavegames4592@gmail.com directly. You do not need to reinstall the game.
- Use the subject Fouring Block account and data deletion request.
- Specify the scope: all game-related records, purchase-verification records, support messages, or another scope. For previous enquiries, include an approximate date or subject.
- Support will explain any additional verification needed. If you can access the app, Settings → Privacy & data deletion → Copy purchase support code can help identify the relevant record. App access or a code is not required to start a request.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, card numbers or purchase tokens. Do not post the support code publicly. An email address, nickname or support code alone does not authorize deletion of another person’s records.
Sending a request does not instantly delete data. We verify and process the request, then explain what was deleted, any further steps and applicable retention reasons.
Deleted and retained data
- Purchase verification: After ownership verification, we process deletion of the relevant RevenueCat customer identifier and associated purchase records. These are separate from game saves. Reconnection or restoration may recreate records from Google Play purchase history.
- Support: We delete in-scope messages, attachments and staff copies without an applicable retention reason. The normal retention standard is one year after resolution; you may request deletion earlier.
- Google game data: Select Fouring Block through Google’s individual-game deletion controls below. Contact support if you need help.
- Device data: Clear app data on each device to remove progress, currency, items, reward counters, cosmetics, settings and account copies. Handle remote copies separately.
Data that may remain: Google Play payment and transaction records are separate from game-save or RevenueCat customer deletion. Provider security, backup and legally retained records follow the relevant provider’s procedures. If CAVE STUDIO must retain any data, we explain the data, reason and period separately.
Deletion is not a cancellation or refund. These instructions do not require deletion of your entire Google account or other games.
Delete Google saves and device progress
- Pause syncing on every device. Fouring Block Settings → Privacy & data deletion → Pause sync on this device. This does not remotely stop other devices or cancel writes already sent.
- Open your Google Play Games profile → Your data → Delete Play Games account & data → Delete individual game data. Select Fouring Block only. Official Google instructions
- On each device: Android Settings → Apps → Fouring Block → Storage → Clear data/Clear storage. Clearing cache alone is insufficient. This may also remove other game-account copies in the same app, so check first.
Resuming sync with old local progress can upload it again; a remaining Google copy can restore it. Verify sync pause, remote deletion and local deletion separately. If you cannot access the app, start by contacting support.
